Caldwell Goes Green! - Caldwell Toyota-Scion has made a commitment to sustainability like no other dealer in Arkansas.  We have built the first "green" car dealership in Arkansas - a facility better for you and the environment.  We have reduced our consumption of water by over 50%, maximized energy efficiency, maximized recycled and rapidly renewable materials, and used paints, sealants and other chemicals with no volatile organic chemicals.  No other dealer in Arkansas has made a commitment of this level to preserve our planet's natural resources and environmental sustainability.

Discounted Oil Changes - As a Caldwell Toyota-Scion customer you will receive a $10 discount on your oil changes every 5,000 miles when you bring your vehicle in for service. Our normal oil change is $28.95, which includes a visit to our new automatic car wash, making your price $18.95.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance - Caldwell Toyota-Scion will provide roadside assistance for you 24-hours a day, seven days a week, anywhere in Arkansas.  Our service hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Mon-Fri & 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday.  At all other times, we have a service employee on call.  Whenever you need us, we will be there.

Loaner Vehicles - Caldwell Toyota-Scion will provide you with a vehicle for any service you have beyond normal maintenance intervals.  We have a fleet of Toyota vehicles that allow you the convenience of dropping your vehicle with us and continuing with your busy schedule.  All we ask of you is to replace any fuel you have used.  An appointment is required.

Complimentary Transportation - Caldwell Toyota-Scion will provide a scheduled shuttle service to and from your place of work during normal business hours for any transportation needs you have during normal maintenance intervals.

Complimentary One-Month Service - Caldwell Toyota-Scion is committed to your complete satisfaction with your new vehicle.  We offer a complimentary one-month inspection and car wash after every vehicle purchase.  We will take the time to answer any questions you have, and make sure everything is in good working order.

Express Service Team - We understand how busy you are.  We will have a team of four technicians ready to service your vehicle at peak times, changing your oil in 15 minutes of less.

Complimentary Car Wash - With every service visit, we will extend a complimentary car wash to you.  Our new car wash uses only three gallons of water (instead of the normal 28-30 gallons), and uses a spot-free rinse instead of energy-hungry blowers, to keep your vehicle looking good.
